CLAREEGE CLEANING
Builders Clean
A detailed post-construction clean that takes a newly built or refurbished property from site to handover.
A SCOPE SHAPED AROUND YOU
Your space. Our attention.
A builders clean turns a finished build into a presentable space. Tell us the stage of your project, the trades involved and your handover date. We agree access, the condition of the site and the final checklist before beginning, so the property is ready for its new occupants.
What we can discuss
Dust and debris removal
Windows, frames and sills
Floors, fixtures and fittings
A handover-ready final check
The final scope and availability are confirmed for your property.
